Do I have to participate in breakouts?

No, but we strongly encourage you to (even if this feels like a considerably big leap for you!) There is a lot of value in sharing ideas (not just in your head, but out loud!) in a like-minded community 

Do I have to have the camera on?

We ask that you enable your webcam during this Challenge. The speakers will be able to see you and feel your energy (which makes them even better presenters!). And, this makes these three days one of the most fun and valuable virtual experiences you’ve EVER been a part of.
